Details of the Training Program

 

Topic of the training: Physico chemical analysis of ceramic raw materials

Duration: Five days (Two & Half day for training on chemical analysis/testing and Two & Half day for physical analysis/testing)

Tentative Dates: 21-04-2014 to 25-04-2014

Number of participants: Minimum five and maximum twenty.

Desirable Qualification of Participants: Supervisors/ Person with industrial experience / 10+2 pass / Diploma, Degree or any Higher Qualification

Fees:  Rs. 10,000/- + 12.36% service tax per participants

Mode of payment: Payment by DD in favour of Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute, payable at Ahmedabad. Please note that no cheque will be accepted except the bankers cheque.

Facilities to be provided: Course Material, Tea/Coffee & Snacks, Lunch. The participants have to make their own arrangements for boarding and loadging.

Methodology: Theory – class room lectures, practicals, demonstration in the laboratory and visit to few ceramic units.

Language: Hindi / Gujarati / English

Venue: CSIR-CGCRI Naroda Centre, Ahmedabad

Expected benefit to the participants: During the training program, the participants will learn about basic concepts, raw materials for production of ceramic items, chemical and physical testing of ceramic raw materials, various processes for production of ceramic products, exposure to sophisticated equipments for testing, hands on practical experience, industrial visit etc. At the end of the training program, a certificate stating that participant has successfully obtained the training will be issued. Participants will get better job opportunity in ceramic and allied industry by attending this program.
